Dalziel High School competed in the finals for the LASBA Junior Quaich after qualifying two weeks ago.

For their first game of the season Dalziel entertained opposition from East Kilbride school Duncanrig.
On the 1st and 2nd of September 2012, 8 athletes from Motherwell (6 from Dalziel High School) competed in the long awaited British Canoe Sprint Championships in Nottingham.
The Dalziel golf team won the Rotary Club Golf Competition two weeks ago. The team ended up winning by a massive 17 points.
