Dalziel High School is pleased to welcome you to our 4th Annual Science & Technology Fayre. This year all S1 pupils (total of 140 pupils)have been working extremely hard exploring new areas of Science. From our S1 Poster Competition in August 2010, through to the end of unit presentations and finally the Science & Technology Fayre. It is with great pleasure that we welcome 3 associated Primary Schools, Knowetop Primary, Ladywell Primary & Glencairn Primary to join our Science & Technology Fayre. The P7 pupils have been working hard over the last few months and the winning groups from Primary Schools will take part in our Junior section Competition.
Already we are planning next year's Science activities with the end of year celebration as the Science & Technology Fayre. The WES (Women Engineering Society's Doris Gray's Fund) has very kindly provided the funding for the Science Department to be trained in delivering Soldering Activities for all pupils in Dalziel for the coming years. The products produced by the pupils will be displayed at next year's fayre.
