Higher Geography pupils recently visited several locations in Glasgow as part of an Urban Change study.
Pupils carried out fieldwork in the city centre, Govan and Ibrox to compare the environmental quality and assess the impacts of changes to transport, housing and tourism in the city.
We travelled by subway and gathered evidence such as photographs, pedestrian and traffic counts, EQS surveys and land use surveys. Pupils had some free time to explore the city centre.
Higher Geography pupils will now carry out research into an area of their choice in preparation for their assignment.
