Customer Service Excellence Awards 2016
Once again this year we embarked upon the Customer Service Excellence Award and we are delighted to announce our success.
This year's audit consisted of a 1 day inspection which included meetings with the Senior Management Team, staff, pupil and parent representatives and an inspection of the school. The received report is exceptionally positive with our best results to date. We believe that this is a true testament to the work ethic of our staff and the relationships staff have with pupils and parents.
We have retained the Customer Service Excellence Award with no categories marked as only Partial Compliance. Once again we have achieved 8 Compliance Plus categories ( defined as ' Behaviours or practices which exceed the requirements of the standard and are viewed as exceptional or as an exemplar to others, either within the applicant's organisation or the wider public service arena').
The assessor also recommended that our partnership work be considered by the consortium as an example of 'transformation practice' which may result in further promotional activity for the school by SGS.
