School Show 2014 - All Shook Up

60 S2-S4 pupils took to the stage to perform this years school show 'All Shook Up' from Mon 6th - Thurs 9th October.

The jukebox musical tells the story of a guitar playing roustabout Chad who brings music, love and life back to a downtrodden town in 50's Midwestern America.

The plot, based on Twelfth Night, focuses on the comical confusions of 5 interconnected couples who ultimately find their true love by the end. With a musical score of Elvis classics including 'Jailhouse Rock', 'Burnin Love', 'It's Now or Never'. 'Heartbreak Hotel' and 'All Shook Up', the show provided the audiences with laughs from beginning to end.

The cast had worked tirelessly for many months to prepare for the production and their dedication certainly paid off. The performances were energetic and inspiring each night, displaying the team spirit and enthusiasm of both the cast and technical crews. A huge congratulations to all the staff and pupils involved on a truly remarkable show.
