School Captain
My name is James Swinburne, and I am delighted to have been selected for this year’s School Captain. First off, I would like to thank everyone who voted for me in the election and I hope I live up to all of their expectations. I would also like to congratulate my good friend Deborah Kerr on being elected as School Vice-Captain as well as the House Officials who I look forward to working with throughout the session.

As School Captain, I will be organising events for the school such as the 6th Years leavers’ dance and other duties such as ordering the leavers’ hoodies, making sure that all the 6th Years are as fashionable as ever. Throughout the year I will also be speaking at events and representing the school alongside Deborah.

I’m sure the following year will be full of challenges, but I’ll be sure to stay afloat with the help of Deborah and the Senior Management team, and I look forward to a memorable and exciting year.

Vice Captain
My name is Deborah Kerr and firstly, I’d like to thank everyone who voted for me to be School Vice Captain for this session and I am honoured to take up the role.

The post is a very challenging one, however, myself and the School Captain, James Swinburne, will strive to ‘aim for the highest’ and contribute to the best of our abilities in everything we are involved in this year.

I wish the best of luck to the Barclay, Colville and Grieg House Officials in all of the many events that will happen in 2014 and 2015.
