Up, Up and away with the Science & Technology Fayre 2011

Thursday 9th and Friday 10th of June 2011 were the dates of the 4th Dalziel Science Fayre.
The Fayre involved all 160 first year pupils and our three associated primary schools. The final groups were judged by a series of external judges from Science and Industry who found it very difficult to judge the winning group for each category.
One of the highlights of the fayre was the visit from Palletways hot air balloon team who brought with them their 61-ft tall smoke-breathing dragon shaped balloon which could be seen over the school on Friday morning.
