Hi, my name is Orla Chambers and I'm thrilled to have been elected School Captain for this year. I would like to thank all the pupils and teachers that voted for me, and I hope I can live up to expectations for this prestigious role.

A hugh congratulations to the Vice Captain Robert Kerr, and to all the House Officials for 2017-18. I'm looking forward to working with Robert, organising events such as the School Prom, and I'm positive we will make a great team.

I know that there will be many challenges ahead but with the help of Robert and a fantastic team of Officials - I'm sure we will have an exciting, rewarding and unforgettable year of school.

Hello! My name is Robert Kerr and I am the School Vice-Captain. I cannot congratulate Orla Chambers enough for her election and I am delighted to have been chosen to work together with her over the next year.

We will endeavour to “aim for the highest” and represent Dalziel in the best way we can during the many school and local events, which I am hugely excited to help organise and participate in over the 2017/2018 session.

This will be a very busy year but I hope that Orla and I, alongside teachers and officials, will make it a fun and exciting one for us all.
