Visite d'Edimbourg

Eight pupils from Higher and Advanced Higher French classes enjoyed a fantastic day discovering the city of Edinburgh through the eyes of a French tourist.

During an engaging walking tour, the pupils explored the town and discovered its history and famous landmarks. They bravely faced the famous Scottish weather too, with plenty of vent (wind) along the way!

After working up an appetite, the group enjoyed a lovely lunch at Chez Jules — c'était délicieux ! To finish off this great day, each pupil was kindly gifted a special souvenir from a local artist.

It was a wonderful opportunity for our pupils to put their French into practice, build their confidence and experience using the language in an authentic and enjoyable setting.
