Public Speaking 2021

This year’s Public Speaking event took place on Tuesday 9th November and the competitiveness this year between the 3 houses Barclay, Colville and Greig was higher than ever.

Speakers came from 2nd to 6th year, and put on an excellent display of talent, despite our different audience, entertaining and informing on a range of topics from the serious side of life to the funny, and everything in between. It was a close call with all houses just a couple of points away from each other, but at the end of the entertaining afternoon, Barclay house walked away with the trophy, with Greig’s Jaiden Thomson, S5, taking the award for best individual speaker. A huge well done to all involved!
