Dalziel pupils enjoy their end of term Prom. There’s not long until another school year comes to an end. It’s a special time for S6, as they prepare to leave their school days behind.

The pupils had a fantastic evening looking absolutely amazing. The prom gives the pupils a night to remember, as they prepare to either enter the world of higher education or get ready to enter the world of work.

Dalziel High School's annual sponsored walk around Strathclyde Park took place on Thursday 26th May 2022.

Well done to all the School and House Officials for taking part in Thursday lunchtime House Activities throughout the full year. All Officials participated in fun events such as Space Hopper Race, Limbo, Tower Building, Music Intros and the Logo Quiz - to name but a few.

Our last event was held after school on Friday where the competition was fierce. The points have been really close all year with the leader board changing weekly but I am pleased to announce that the final standings were as follows – 1st place Greig, 2nd place Colville and 3rd place Barclay.

Our S6 class of 2022 had their leavers assembly on Monday 25th April where they were presented with their leavers hoodies and watched a video presentation of their S1 photo and their S6 photo, seeing how they have changed over the years!

We wish our S6 class of 2022 well in their exams and look forward to welcoming them back for their school Prom and Choral Shield in June.
