Morgan Stanley Leadership Training

All School and House Officials have received leadership training from our business partner Morgan Stanley. Over the past couple of months Morgan Stanley have presented to the pupils on a virtual platform. During the sessions pupils have completed personality tests in order to determine their leadership and management skills - the pupils have found this to be very useful and insightful (they were also very surprised by just how true the results were). The training also involved preparing pupils for the work of work and showed them just how important their personal branding was.

Their last session was very informative and involved around 10 different employees from Morgan Stanley speaking to the pupils about their route into industry and highlighting the pros and cons of each different route. The pupils then had the opportunity to ask the employees various questions about different apprenticeships available at Morgan Stanley and other companies in general. The sessions were fantastic for our Officials and they have helped them to develop their leadership, management and communication skills. The pupils are now transferring their new skills to become more efficient School and House Officials.
